A FIELD TRIP is available before or after each full class.
 
Students may wish to take advantage of a field trip, for an added fee, 
to purchase equipment and supplies for their personal kit.   

Custom weekend workshops may be arranged with prior notice.

  • To Secure your seat in class: Send a $300.00 (U.S. currency)
    non-refundable deposit which is included in the total tuition price.
  • Payment in FULL is required one month before the semester begins to be paid with a MONEY ORDER or CASHIER'S CHECK drawn on a U.S. Bank. Sorry, but credit cards are not accepted.

  •  BE SURE TO BRING: A still camera with extra memory cards to capture Donna's food styling techniques for future reference...and additional currency to cover the cost of meals and food supplies for your class project and any props you may wish to purchase.
